Our handcrafted Wheat Packs have a cotton cover and an inner bag filled with 100% cleaned British wheat and British Lavender buds.
They can be heated in a microwave for comforting warmth and a natural way to help soothe aches and pains. They can also be popped in the freezer to provide cooling relief in hot weather.

Suitable for all ages over 36 months, they comply with British Safety Standards.
Simply place in a clean microwave with a rotary table for 2 1/2-3 minutes maximum on a medium setting.
To use as a cooling pack, place in the freezer for up to 3 hours.
